A few months ago, I posted that I was looking for models for a photography project I was looking to do. These two applied and we had a great afternoon shooting this classic dc couples session!
Katie and I were classmates at Clemson (GO TIGERS!), but we hadn’t seen each other since graduating! It was really great to catch up with her and meet Quinn (who has my favorite name, ever)!
We started this dc couples session off by strolling around Union Station! With it’s beautiful white architecture, and the neat lighting with the shadows and light coming through, it made a really great background for the start of the session.
We then left the station and walked around some of the beautifully grassy surrounding areas. The lighting was so pretty! That golden hour glow is my favorite, and this time of year it’s absolutely stunning!
We made our way to Lower Senate Park, where we were able to snap a few pictures with the iconic (non-scaffolded) Capitol Building in the background!
Overall, I’m so excited by how the photos turned out and they’re exactly what I pictured for the model call!
